What we collect
Your email address, basic usage data (like how many analyses you run), and the public YouTube comments on videos you choose to analyse. Comments are held temporarily, only for as long as it takes to generate your report.
How we use it
Solely to generate your analysis report — sentiment breakdown, video ideas, buyer leads, and everything else shown in your dashboard. We don't use your data for anything beyond that.
What we don't do
We never sell your data. Ever. No third-party advertising networks, no data brokers, no exceptions.
YouTube data
Comments fetched from YouTube are processed only to generate your report and are not stored permanently. Once your report is ready, the raw comment data is discarded.
Security
We use industry standard encryption to protect your account and data, both in transit and at rest.
