ScaleMaker is an AI-powered audience intelligence platform. We fetch public data from provided URLs to generate actionable insights including sentiment, content gaps, and buyer leads.

Subscription Plans

ScaleMaker operates on a tiered subscription model designed for global creators and agencies. Features and limits vary by tier.

Free Limited analyses per month, no cost.

Starter Essential features for upcoming creators.

Creator Advanced tools for established channels.

Agency High API limits for teams and media brands.

Fair Use Policy

All plans, including unlimited tiers, are subject to a fair use policy. Accounts showing abusive, automated scraping, or bot-like usage patterns may be rate-limited or suspended.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, there are no refunds for analyses already used in the current billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

ScaleMaker, its branding, algorithms, and underlying software are owned by ScaleMaker. You retain full ownership of your own proprietary content and data.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh.
